A "Rusty Metal" wall finish utilizing a base paint containing real iron particles that when an activation solution is applied the walls rust before your eyes! This installation does not have a clear coat (which will dramatically alter the final coloration) and will continue to change over time as the walls encounter humidity.

In collaboration with Nancy Sweet of Sweet Walls, overscale grisaille painting under heavy amber glaze for the 2008 Junior Symphony Guild Showhouse, The Phipps Tennis Pavilion. The motifs are exagerated in a great degree for a play on scale. The room has a great sense of masculinity as this is the men's dressing room for the tennis pavilion.
